Hi and thanks a bunch for your video. I am wondering if it's safe for a kitten i found dumped on a busy road. The kitten is very small but weaned. He is covered with flaky patches and it's all over. Is the monostat 7 safe even if he has alot of skin with it?

Will dog/cat lose their hair on the pink spots while using this lotion? Will these hair grow back and look the same after the treatment with this lotion? Who had such experience with short hair dogs PLEASE HELP! Thank you!

Thank you for this video. My cat has ringworm all over his body. He is a kitten around 2 months old. I have done the 1st bath dips with lime sulfur out of 3 I was told to do. I have had him in quarantine in a separate room and have worn gloves to handle him and everything in the room. I am panicking out because I dont want to get contagious. I feel bad for him because he wants to get out of the room but wont let him. Am I doing the right thing or am I exaggerating? Please advice. Thank you.

Can you do it for older kittens that you are not bottle feeding and sound like they may have aspirated while nursing from their mother? Also can it be done if it’s already been a few days?

This is great advice. I'd like to add....."Sulfer" from the hardware store mixed with warm (so it's more comfortable for the kitties) and dip the kitty in this solution....be careful not to get in their eyes. Then bundle them into a fluffy to get excess solution off. Then allow them to "air" dry. Do this every three days. I do three dip sessions. It is INCREDIBLY effective safe and will put an end to the issue. No messing with cream....it's a once and done. Three dips. <3 Let me know how this works for you =)

Can you tell me if brushing and bath wipes help to remove the spores if any get on their coat? My mom’s kittens are near end of treatment. I was there. I got home and changed my clothes. Put my dirty clothes in a mesh hamper. My kitten rubbed against the mesh hamper. I wiped her with a bath wipe and have been every day and I brushed her a little bit. I think she’s fine but I’m still a bit nervous some spores may have gotten on her.

It so is a big deal, I dealt with it for like 4 years because it's damn near impossible to get rid of all the spores, I will never not be on constant alert looking at at any animal or piece of furniture

thanks for the video. your karma meter should be thru the roof for calming so much people. i just realized yesterday that my rescue kitten might have ringworms. luckily she has been on the bathroom by herself. she might have just a month and i have a 4 month kitten who just wants to play with her but is way to ruff with her. plus she barely use the litter and i was afraid that she might hide and poop somewhere i couldn't clean. I'm om my way to the vet right now so lets see. pretty sure she has them.

My cat is on oral medication for the past 5 days now. I tried to give him a bath but that did not work out well. I barely got to spread the shampoo on him and rinse it off without him scratching my skin off my body. I tried again putting the shampoo in small bucket and using a wash towel instead to spread it on his fur. I don't know if that will work or not.. Please if you can give me some advice and is it ok to put this shampoo on him this way? or do i have to dunk him in water for it to work?

Sighing with a little relief. I adopted a 2mo old kitten barely a month ago. After fighting off his upper respiratory infection. Per the vet visit last week he now has ringworm. I have been applying the meds provided twice daily and seems it is just spreading. Going to try this method and see how it works especially after noticing today it has spread to one of his paws.

When you say it's ok for the cat to lick the stuff because it's taken internally...it's not taken orally, its used at the other end isn't it?... so I'm not sure I want my cat licking this 🤔

I used a Zep bleach resistant spray bottle filled with 20ozs of appple cider vinegar, 10oz of water and an entire tube of monistat 7. Shook it up for over an hour. Then sprayed my entire dog with it while pointing a black light flash light and using dog brush with the coated tips on bristles to scrape the ringworm dry scabs off her. Then gave her good bath inside same type of solution. Woke up today and it has almost completely vanished over night. Key was scraping off as much of the scabs under black light as you can to remove the majority of ringworm fungus as possible. Was like miracle. Ive been trying to get rid of it for couple weeks. The agressive manner i ended up doing worked great (my puppy girl wasnt happy with the process but she slept great afterwards and is feeling better today). I was almost in tears listening to her whine while i scraped her belly with brush, but it was worth it in end!

I’m hoping someone can answer me, is it normal for them to only bubble from the mouth when u put a drop of formular in the tongue? They werent sucking for a couple or so days so I was doing a drop at a time to the tongue and sometimes they’d bubble but only in the mouth, nothing ever from the nose thankfully. Was that normal or should I be ready for them to have gotten pneumonia?

is this okay for a cat to ingest or will it make them sick. she may lick it off. she had ones spot on her paw, i took her to get a recheck at her vet, they said she didn't have it. then i had her groomed, /Shaved. my vet said its all over her. I can't get it under control. I put the vet prescribed medication on her twice a day and it doesn't seem to be going away. she must have got it when she was groomed at her vet the previous time. Its frustrating. her hair is growing back in the other spots, its going to get harder for me to see where the ringworm spots are once she gets all fluffy again.

Just got home from the vets for a check up find out my kittys have ringworm. They proscribed shampoo and Miconazole Antifungal spray.. total price was 36 smackers lot more what I could have saved for ladies feminine products 😂.
