Tenant is not about the temporal event it's about the creator of tenant which happens to be the main character... It's about his understanding of the role he has or is or was becoming or became. It's about how the technology is going to be used between his faction that he going to or already did create versus the faction that wants to use the device to try to change the world... This film is on a small part about the device but largely about him and his future goals or past goals LOL. 😅 Also no good or bad guys throughout this whole thing just the known versus The unknown... Fuck this is confusing

"I hate.." "I can taste..." "I feel..." "I fear..." All the "I" statements that Smith has NEVER said before coming out all in this one scene is actually wonderful storytelling. He has a mind of his own.

A lot of people didn't connect with the movie because statistically, most of them aren't intellectually capable of it.

Binge watched it yesterday and was brilliant. I was in culinary school and worked manny years in kitchens and something i tend to dislike in series is that kitchens and restaurants are rarely portrayed properly, the set ups tend to be just another working place were everything is fine, everyone is doing their part, everything runs well... Anyone who worked in a kitchen knows that you are ALWAYS 1 mistake away from a shitshow. But i also think the series do a great job portraying the food as something that unite people, once in the table everyone eats the same and is very rewarding to share the bread with someone you love. Excellent work.

What's also striking is how incredibly much you can read between the lines, especially when you take information you learn in other episodes. For example, you see that Sydney has a resume where she's worked several different places in a short time, and in the next season Richie derides a job applicant because she's "done a lot of moving around in seven years", indicating that this might be a sign of incompetence, which might in turn foreshadow Sydney's struggles with cooking and staying on top of the hectic expo position. Love this show.

Rewatched it in theaters today. I think the theme is more so pain. MJ struggles with critics bc they remind her of her father, peter struggles with realizing Uncle Ben’s killer was someone else, and Harry is hurt that Peter “killed” his father. Peter then gains the suit which only causes more pain. It’s a well told story about how “hurt people hurt people”. It turns people into someone they don’t recognize. By the end, Peter forgives Sandman, Harry forgives peter, and MJ is starting to forgive Peter. The only character who is hurt and doesn’t learn their lesson about forgiveness is Eddie. He was always a jerk throughout the movie, so when he got Venom he was 10x that. Bro was literally praying for Peter’s death lol. But yeah SM3 is definitely as good as the other movies even if Raimi wanted something else. The goofy parts like Peter becoming emo and dancing are silly but also carry depth. It’s a good movie but people unfortunately memed it into a bad one

Also I want to say Peter was a loser in high school and depressed in college of course he’s going to be cringy when tries to act cool during the emo sequence lol it makes sense for his character!!

Smith is not just angry with Neo because he can't have the key and stop working, he hates it all because se doesn't want to be inside the Matrix (ie the bit of code that defines himself) ie he is a trans woman hating herself for being stuck inside a man's body and desperately wanting to be the person she wants to be in her dreams and not in real life.
