Not going to lie, liked the first phase most. The original second and third phases beat any covers, they were already epic.

So... 1. The UNDERTALE logo flickering into the EarthBound logo every now and then is more or less referencing where the starting sample for MSB and also what MSB was written for. 2. MSB is not a unused song for UT, it is actually a song made by Toby Fox for a 2011 EarthBound tribute album called "I Miss You." In short, Megalo Strike Back isn't an UNDERTALE song, but rather an EarthBound fan song.
