Mossy playing great as usual. I lived and worked in Ceduna ( first line the ong)s Great surfing at Penola just 70 mile west of Ceduna- that's why I went there, Many guys my age went there in the 70s and still live there. I know the heat and the desert to WA.

Great gig and good crowd at Bush Hall. Hope Ian gets back to London in 2025. Good luck with the 50th Anniversary Tour in Oz this year

Love the Nullarbor. First time i went to perth in the late 60s, on my first big holiday as a kid, the nullarbor hwy had big sections that was all bull dust, corrugated iron, bone jarring waste pit of broken down vehicles. Lol. We had a kombi van that clogged up with dust and over heated every 50 miles.

Great song. I still have the 7" single I bought back in the day. On red vinyl and came with a bonus copy of Tucker's Daughter. Only got around to buying the Matchbook album on CD a couple of weeks ago. Pretty good collection of songs.

Always loved this song,as I do most of his work. A bit like an analogy for my life at 70. Ditto on the bookshelf, good to see he's well read.

Beautiful song, I've watched you since your days at The Bondi Lifesaver, I see you're sitting this one out, I wonder if your knees are suffering to?, (see what I did there?)

My favourite song from the first chisel album, I remember seeing them at the Bondi Lifesaver, and going home to try and learn it of the record, 1977?

Not only is Mossy a great guitarist and vocalist, but he also co-wrote this song with (former Cold Chisel bandmate) Don Walker. It also reached #1 on the Aussie charts in March 1989 and was there for one week. Triple M plays this occasionally as part of their classic rock format. Pretty good for a debut single by a solo artist. 🎸
