This is Neil as Story Teller, Harmonica & Guitar Player doing his Acoustic Journey Autobiographically presented. I'm sure he would agree that despite but also because All that occurs, to Know is better than not.

This is one of Neil's prayerful songs, addressed to that God within us who spurs us on. But come to think of it, many of his songs bring light to that dark place and having the strength to move on. Thank you Neil, it's good to hear your music have wider hearing than where I usually hear this one - a bootleg from BITD, "Rock'N'Roll Cowboy". Check out, "Evening Coconut" as well.

This is my favorite performance of "Interstate". It was this song as well as others like, "Emperor of Wyoming", "Loner", and "Albuquerque", "String Quartet for Whisky Boot Hill", "On the Beach", and other songs of his that I listened to as an old kid in the late '60's and made me turn my eyes West, and that's the way it happened. It's helpful to refer to Neil Young's music through time, to help tie things together through certain diverse images that revisit the world periodically. Like iterations in the occurrence of certain problems; for example, the problem of the Many and the One. Like rest stops on the Interstate.

Vicereale , unfiltered acoustic alchemy , to be taken aurally twice daily as prescribed by Dr Young.

Alone at the microphone aching acoustic alchemy envelops the discerning ear ,fragility that is both timeless relevant and utterly beguiling, few but the genius of NY could capture the rapture of such minimalist magic.

Even if Neil Youngs music is not your thing you have got to admire and respect the man. He could have made a comfortable living churning out radio freindly songs like heart of gold but he said the middle of the road is boring i,d rarther walk along the gutter the people are more interesting

Haunting and full of nostalgia and yet bringing people together who are willing to be vulnerable in a comment section. How can we be so lonely disconnected if we are all connected here? If this all provokes the same emotions in us surely we are not that isolated or different. I’m open to knowing other Neil fans!
