The F-15 had the great advantage of operating in a "Goldilocks" environment that no previous aircraft enjoyed. First and most important is that the vast majority of F-15 kills were not done in "dogfights", but rather those kills were made at beyond visual range (BVR) distances by the absolutely superb AIM -7 Sparrow missile. While the F-4 carried Sparrows, the later version was obviously better, but the F-4 did not have the ENORMOUS advantage of AWACs radar coverage and the far more effective Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) systems in use when the F15 entered the skies. In fact, AWACs became immediately apparent during Vietnam because of the danger of shooting down a friendly aircraft was such a real danger that the rules of engagement often prevented firing beyond visual range (BVR). In Vietnam, the Sidewinder was the primary weapon for air to air kills and some of that was because the enemies got close enough before being detected, or because the rules of engagement prevented the F-4 from firing without visual confirmation. Since Vietnam, the F-15 has indeed had the most kills, but the vast majority of those kills were AIM -7 BVR kills and were done in conjunction and under command of an AWACs, and the AWACs has been a constant companion of our fighters, being used in every major military engagement since 1977 when it first flew. I think the F-15 is a fine airplane, but don't be fooled into thinking had a bunch of epic dogfights because the vast majority of kills were done by the AIM 7 striking an enemy that may have never actually seen the F-15 that shot it down. The F-15 isn't like the "Last Gunfighter", the F8. The vast majority of F8 kills were sidewinder kills, but these were in dogfights. The vast majority of F-15 kills were in level flight with the AIM -7 doing the actual kill. (The Sea Harrier has more Sidewinder engagements than the F-15 and it has a perfect kill record as well, being 21 to 0, and it did that without AWACS too).

I'll tell you what no KZfaq video is tslking about??... Ranges of missiles determined who wins in the sky. Read this and educate yourself.......👉No US or any Airforce jet fighters can't beat Russian jetfighters for simple reason, all Russian jetfighters: Su-30 to Su-57 + Mig-31 and Mig-35 are armed with unmatched longest ranges air to air 👉Hypersonic👈 missiles as R37M range 400km and Feb. 2023 deployed air to air to ground and Sea targets GREMLIN Hypersonic missile mind blowing range....👉..1500km. Moreover, no Country Airforce has air to air Hypersonic missiles Except Russia. That's Why Russian Airforce had RENDERED whole Western Airforces OBSOLETE including some SUPOSEDLY invisible jet fighters too!.

I was like...WOW! the Su-57 has a combat range of 2,200 nautical miles???? NOT! You have kilometers confused with nautical miles. Same with the J-20. 1200 km for the J-20 and 2200km for the Su-57 which puts it in the ball park with the F-35 at 926km. Much more probable than 2,200 miles!!

The forgott the Lancet 3 and the new autonomous Geran 2 with a speed of 800km/h big warhead with tungsten balls. Or the Emirates TB2 clone Recher S and M (bigger) one carrys 120kg the other 320kg with MAM-L bombs like tb2 but also desert Stinger missiles and glide bombs (big) flyes almost 24 h with a Rotex motor like t2. The Russian big drone cant remer itd name but its big. The Chinese CH5 or Wng loong 3, the WS700J jet powered and alot more.

Su57 is very good overall 👍🏼 F35 is very good in technology features etc and expensive for that reason . J20 is good but not a true 5th generation fighter China is known for stealing technology and lying about its weapons . 😂😂 it’s more like 4.5 gen with some 5th gen features and a 5th gen frame .

Both F-35A and F-35C have 750 - 800 nmi combat radius. While the B variant can reach 470 nmi.

Any new aircraft will face developmental delays/issues, for the very reason it is new, but it is the length of the delay and more importantly has the cause of the delay been resolved. The Su-57 and the J-20 are both far bigger than the F-35 and have not much more Max Takeoff weight, to me that would suggest that the Su-57 and J-20 would have a fairly big radar cross section, obviously I could easily be wrong but it is what it suggests to me, just calling an aircraft “stealthy” and more powerful means little until they enter combat against either similar types of aircraft or an aircraft that isn’t “stealthy” but has better pilots.

only the brainwashed slaves think US can make anything good, if it is made in the US is will break 500x more often and cost 300x more to repair while costing more and needing more unwarranted service calls which btw is more than likely the reason so many US planes are in a useless state!

On a head to head meeting, the SU57 wins out. The SU57 is the only 5th gen aircraft used in actual combat and the latest "innovations" such as the radar absorbing paint system and the new flat nozzle engines in the SU57 just elevate it further above the rest. The SU 57 also has first kill for a 5th gen fighter. Also, the SU57 in operation with the S70 drone will dominate the air.

Sorry, NO, until the Su-57 actually has a head on combat situation with another technologically advanced aircraft, in the same mission profile, anyone just saying it’s better doesn’t mean it’s better, ONLY combat can answer that question.

SU-57 is superior against the rest. The figures say all. Furthermore, loot at the design, J-20 keeps canards, proving that its design is outdated, You can check out canards on Su-30MKI and Rafale - the 4 gen design. With the product-30 engine entering service, Su-57 hammers the last nail to finalize its stealthiness while numerous super duper weapons of Su-57 continuously are being outputted thanks to Ukrainian battlefield.

We often overlook the intricate technology and precise engineering behind these deadly weapons. It's fascinating to learn how NATO utilizes these cruise missiles to defend their territories and maintain military superiority. While it's a sobering reminder of the constant threat our world faces, it also highlights the need for international cooperation and diplomacy.
