I was 55 after covid... I started eating less..started working out and I was 48 kgs and I don't know why but I again started eating and stopped working out..and my weight increased to 62... so again I am eating less..specifically I am avoiding sugar and fats plus working out..I checked my weight today morning it was 58 kgs and I am happy with the progress ❤

OMAD is my lifestyle. Best decision of my life. Energetic, healthy, and confident. I'm almost 40 and people think I'm in 20's. I have more guys like me now than when I was single and they wayyyy like 10 12 years younger than me. IT'S CRAZY.

Good job, you should make more fitness videos. I have been doing low carb and stop eating around 7pm which is almost intermittent fasting by 9am. Has been working well so far. I eat a lot more on Sat and Sun. I have lost about 15kg in the past 6 months. Another 4kg to go.

• Emotional Eating: It cam becomes a problem when food become a coping. - Now stop using food as a reward. After been in work you can reward yourself with journaling, scrolling, massage, read a book, drawing, as long as it's not food related. If you stop putting your favourite food on a base, we will think about it less and craving about it less. - Practice mindfulness and self-awareness for our eating habits and emotion. Am I really hungry or am I feeling stressed? If it stressed > journaling, chat someone • Insulin = a hormone that helps our body store energy from the food that we eat. Eat > insulin released. Lot of foods and glucose > high insulin > body fat - Try a nutrient dense food that will keep your insulin low and steady • Intermittent fasting = limit the time your body producing insulin > enter fat burning zone • Nutrition vs calorie: Now focus on the nutritional value of food rather than the calories. you might eat KFC everyday as long it's Intermittent fasting and you may loss weight, but you'll also experience fatigue. • Show up for yourself - Do small incremental (bertambah) changes, like: put on your leggings, open the tutor video, go out to the outdoor - Just focus on what next, not far away. And then go exercise.

A year ago i was 53 kg, now im 63 and im starting to not be able to recognise myself in the mirror… my family is prone to obesity, so i really want to do everything i can to get back to my bodys healthy weight, and i also want to get some good muscles in the progress.. i want to be able to lift my pets without shaking my arms and back💀

I recently picked up pilates on a whim because I kept seeing it in my feed. I'm trying to keep it going at least 1x a week going to the class. And I also got the straps from Blogilates and I have a pilates ring. I really found a fun way to exercise and I've become so much stronger. I haven't lost weight but I feel the muscle so I've also started walking 10k steps every few days (because everyday is unrealistic for me haha) but I feel so much healthier and have less cravings! Im definitely going to implement the eating window for insulin. Thanks girl <3

right? and why does the professional give cool and warm tones for her to wear? cause if her season is spring, then it's warm, but there are some tones from winter, summer and autumn...

My skin is cool toned because I have more redness :) but she goes through all the seasons to see what is still suitable from each category so if I wish to wear clothes that belong in those groups, I’ll know which colours to stay away from XD in my case I need to stay far far far away from darker shades, saturated colours and very bold colours! Where as pale colours from the spring palette have just enough colour and enough white to make my face appear more balanced and healthy! Hope this helps! She also ran us through a little bit of knowledge at the start of the session which I didn’t include in the video because it would’ve been too long to include 🥺 she mentioned that if you are cool toned, you can also work with warm tones, just depends on what’s suitable for each category through elimination. Without the elimination process, they would’ve sent me home with a cool tone palette which wouldn’t have been very helpful 😥 but I’m so glad she went through every possible colour so I don’t have to guess or wonder about all the possible combinations! I’m absolutely in love with the spring pale colour palette XD

@@dannirenn yes! i'm neutral cool undertone and warm skin tone, but my cool undertone interacts more with the colors and i also can wear come warm tones [i'm a soft summer girl, but some dark autumn colors suit me]. i understand that there are a lot of info and no one analysis is like the other, and it's a very complex analysis. i'm a professional color analyst too, but the way koreans do this get me confused... they don't work contrast alone, which would be a big step for me in my analysis so that i can tell better which palettes suit my client and eliminate righ away the ones that don't. also how she measures the skin tone with that gadget, well i don't know how to use that, i have drapes to analyse the skin tone too haha thanks for the answer!! <3

For the girlies: watch out for INTERMITTENT FASTING AND HORMONES. If you feel like you're eating all day long it's great to practice resting you digestive system, like avoiding snacking or eating late dinners. But long fastings can be really disruptive to the endocrine system in women. All you've ever heard about fasting HAS NOT BEEN TESTED ON WOMEN so watch out, research woman's health, hormonal cycles. where did you get it done? This particular place makes no sense to me. If you're a spring, you suit spring colours in makeup and hair, and gold jewellry... so i have no idea what's going on ! I had mine done in the UK and it felt so right via House of Colour with their OG colour analysis. If you don't like your palette on you, it's probably not right...
