You're good Sr. Don't let that bother you one bit. Hire, train, nurture, advance, but if you can't..🤷‍♂️ All you need is this, does this person make, or cost the company money? Former; pay Later; fire . Give them a good exit interview with constructive criticism and advice for the future. If they can't handle that, Sorry I don't think that we can give you a reference, so you might want to leave us off you resume! 😂

That’s unfortunate, and it happens everyday to gamblers. When I won $40k playing on Top Dollar slots at MGM Grand, I went straight to the bank and deposited it. I won after 3 spins too. I wasn’t letting the casino get their money back by playing. Learn from this guys.

I lived in vegas for a few months. Every Saturday night after work i would go out to a downtown casino and play dollar or 2 dollar blackjack and get the free drinks. All i took was $24 dollars. $20 for playing and $4 for tips in case i lost my $20. More often than not i would leave with a couple of hundred dollars and had a few watered down margaritas or a few pre-dylan bud lights. Sometimes if i hit big early i would move to the Horseshoe Casino or head up to the strip. I didn't really play much there though. Too many people do not understand how to play blackjack. They still paid out in change at the slots so i would get a bucket and $5 or so in quarters. I would walk around the casinos and look for change left in machines or credits left on slots. I averaged $100 or more every time i did this. My best night was just under $400. It would have been more, but i had to play the slots a little more than i wanted to avoid being kicked out. So that cost me about $10.

I got bored of casinos once I was of age. At 16 I had a beard and the drinking age is 18 and I looked 20. I would take $50 in the mid 90's and if I walked out drunk, had a good feed I was happy. I kept enough $$ in my sock that if after 3am and the trains stopped, I could het a taxi. I gamble once a year $20 on the Melbourne cup. I never win but its just 20. I make 120 an hr. Its just an Aussie thing.
