I love to watch these home walk throughs but I don't like when they talk and show you were the fireplace is. I see were the fireplace is. I know I can mute it but not the same. they usually have nice ambient music. I will not subscribe I will pass. that is my opinion. nice house though.

This house was ok. I didn’t like the kitchen, it was bland & the primary bath Iim not into that marble like tile. I’m noticing that tile in a lot of homes I’ve seen & it must be a major sale on it 😃. I appreciate every bdrm having its own bathroom.

I love everything about the house except for the kitchen. Kitchen island is too small and the dining table placement doesn’t look right. Other than that, when do I move in?!

Grand Entrance is right! Beautiful entrance with the double wrought iron doors!! Entrance opens up to a breath-taking foyer with double, curved, and grand stair cases. Great room is right!!! Wow, I could right a lengthy comment on the great room itself!! Lots of large windows, high ceilings, stately ceiling beams, curved/arched entrance ways, three wrought iron adored balconies views down to great room. Great dining room for family gatherings etc. Spacious BdRs and nice bathrooms!! Overall, a great pick for a featured home!! Thanks for sharing. Take care!!

Oh wow. So this is the updated/new version of a similar castle house I’ve seen on KZfaq that was built in the early 2000’s.

I actually love it. So much!!! The Kitchen area is crème de la, plenty of room with no one in your way, in passing. The entire upstairs would be my exclusive living area. I would alter game room instead, as my master suite bedroom, with that scenic generous balcony overlooking the pool area. I would also knock out one of those main entrance stairways, and modify the remaining one just perfect!!! Home sweet home. It’s a slice of Heaven in my humble opinion.

That screened-in porch is EVERYTHING! It really adds to the square footage, the way I look at it. I’m definitely buying an acreage property because of the privacy and beauty.

Love this one! I could stand for way more color in the decor, but I know it’s a model home. I notice a lot of picture windows that don’t appear to open in these homes. Am I right? I love being able to open windows in every room to get fresh air during cooler temps, not to mention as a fire escape. The thought of having rooms with windows that don’t open feels a bit claustrophobic to me. Are there any style of picture windows that are made to at least crack open a little? If not, I hope someone invents it soon because I love the picture window look. Maybe I could do one center picture window flanked by two that open.🤔😊

This home is so luxurious. Love the finishes but what were they thinking putting the cooktop in front of glass windows. It would be a constant battle to keep it clean That issue alone would make this home a n go for me

I’m an hour in and so far I am enjoying the tours. Home #2 is my favorite so far. The open concept of living/dining/kitchen continue to be impressive with each tour. Lots of storage space and large BdRs is a plus. Generous patio/yard spaces are perfect for entertaining!! Thanks for sharing!! Take care!

Love your videos. About the houses, I would like to see houses with the closets bigger and outside of the bathroom. Designer's should consider privacy issues for everyone's sake. Also I would like to see the owner's suite to be bigger. The children and guest rooms also seem to be more planned and thought out. And I like to see some closed concept homes, especially for the kitchen area.
