Why does the leg extension make a up and down movement at the very top end of the exercise? I reassembled the area again to make sure I correctly assembled the leg extension ad tightened the bolts correctly. it's very noticeable during leg curls. Harison has no answers for this issue,

But how to stabilize it in a way to make it work as a multifunction rather than purely pullups and dips. When attaching rings to it, there are several issues. 1. you can't use them for reverse rows, or standing pushups (good for improving stability across your body). As the tower will either move across the floor or just start tilting. 2. With the bench setup as it is, you can't do rows by putting rings on the pullup bar portion, and leaning yourself under as the bench is in the way. Even if you were to remove the bench to enable that option, the attachment for that bench is sharp and aiming upwards towards your back. so that would just be royally stupid. | The same tilting issues can arise even with pullups at times, namely tilting right or left when you stand up on the pushup handles without also gripping to stabilize the structure to not fall over (sub 200lb btw).
