Regarding pens in the washer. Yes if ink gets out and stains your clothes it's a problem. If it stains your wife's favorite blouse; how's the sofa?

I love their contrast clips. I don’t have a safari but I got a Pokémon edition one for my brother that was orange with a bright yellow clip and it’s pretty dope. The piña colada color way is the first time I feel tempted to get one myself!

Big problem with MXT.... you don't own what you pay for.. once the game is no longer financially viable they kill the servers and your "purchase" ie rental, is gone. Money wasted really. But that's the risks. IF you are ok with that, cool, but MXTs have ruined the gaming industry.

I agree, clearing out all the stuff in my parents' house after my mom died made me go through a series of purges. Another episode where afterwards I sit up in bed researching weird stuff. This time, it's Coprolites, (fossilised dinosaur dung). For some bizarre reason, where we live in Royston, England, in the town centre, we have a bronze sculpture of coprolites, and thanks to the pencast, I now know why. Apparently, in the 19th century, there was a big local industry around coprolite mining, as it was found to be a very good fertiliser. Who knew? Well, now I do, thanks to Brian's reference when discussing odd materials to manufacture pens from😊😊 Thanks guys, informative and entertaining as ever.

Brian and Drew, one of these days could you do a comparison of the nibs in the Sailor KoP and the #30 nib in the Pilot Custom Urushi? I got the KoP this year (which I absolutely love) and I have been hooked on the Custom Urushi for a fair while, but the nib counts to me more than anything else when I am considering a pen to purchase. I would appreciate your take on the nibs before I save up for the Urushi!

I got a 743 with a SU nib over the new 823 Signature nib. Just a bit more line variation.

There are US retailers who sell the 70mL Namiki/Pilot bust-shape bottles standalone(I bought one two months ago, so it wasn't just a fake listing), so perhaps it would be a good idea to check with your distributor to see if something has changed since you last asked.

Try a feather pen you make yourself, you cannot get closer to your writing.

M200 and M400 is same size nib, with M400 being gold. M400, m600, m800, m1000 are all different size nib. However, M600's nib can be screwed into m400/m200 body, ie the nib housing's screw thread is compatible. However, when a M600 nib is fitted to a M400 body, you can't cap it with a M400 cap, because the m600's nib is just a tad too long. So likewise, m400/m200 nib can be fitted to a M600 body. M800 nib don't fit m600 and below. I don't remember if m1000 nib can be fitted in m800 body.

The new Benu Euphoria Rose Tea looks beautiful. I recently got the Goldspot exclusive Pink Champagne and I'm not sure if these are too similar pink pens for me to have both. Need to see more photos or a more in depth video.
