What’s interesting is Santa Margarita is overly used city name for our area. The main Santa Margarita is about 1 mile inland from the 101 right on the 58. California Valley is considered Santa Margarita due to they use the Santa Margarita postal office. The old west town of Pozo is considered Santa Margarita. La PANZA Ranch again Santa Margarita.

Oh and in the spirit of full disclosure, someone forgot to mention😅 the property literally sits right on top of the San Andreas fault. The earthquake destroyed the Alder Creek Bridge in 1906 which is 235 meters from the house.

I used to fish Parker creek with my grandmother, not on the ranch but I been there thousands of times! Late 50’s thru the 60’s . Thank you grandma, best memories,great fishing, too bad liberal B S has really messed up my homeland……just saying 💔
