Hello, The short answer is yes. But the official pi 5 case also comes with a built-in fan. This along with the active cooler wouldn't fit and it is not recommended to use both fans in conjunction. However you can remove the fan from the case and keep the active cooler, this can work but its recommended to do a stress test and check temperatures to see if it is feasible.
