Haiti has the same major problem as Black America, the Black Caribbean and continental Africa and that problem is Individualism and stubbornness. I don't know what causes it but let's call it genetics, Black people are quick at cutting other Black people off, and Black people like working as INDIVIDUALS in order to compete against other Black People while the world is competing against Black people in general.
