Those wacko unions demanding that I have a 30 minute lunch break. What a joke. And how dare they protect me despite not being a part of one and not paying my dues. What’s next, are they going to expect me to go to the doctor when I’m sick?
@adam2O14 күн бұрын
Union or not, work where you want to. Not all of them are good/bad either. I don't like how everyone just assumes unions are the best choice ever for every company. You still get treated like junk, paid low, and hate your job at the end of the day with or without a union. I've been on both sides, but really all that matters is bettering yourself and having a plan to move ahead in life. This is all distraction work.

not all unions are good. make sure you read all the paperwork before signing anything. Why pay more to some third party when you get the same benefits from simply being employed?

1:10 Railroad UTU (Now SMART). Only reason I have rest days is because of the union fighting for us. In addition, it's the union that keeps me from being fired for whatever reason management might come up with. Also I think it's hilarious how he laughs at them being called "members" at 1:32 but don't hesitate to correct Walmart "employees" to walmart "Associates"

“We recognize our associates” Bro my sister had my mom call into Walmart because she couldn’t make her shift since she was in the hospital, and literally NO ONE in management knew who she was. They had to look up her name to confirm that she even existed😂
