Apparently the rectangular intel CPUs bend over time due to uneven pressure. This is entirely the fault of Intel's design. They were downplaying concerns, but it causes the CPU to operate warmer due to it making less contact with the heatsink of a fan or AIO. And the worst part is that there are products which solve the issue, but it voids Intel's warranty. Thermal Grizzly's Contact Frame is the product, if you're interested in using it, but you might not need it if you're not doing heavy overclocking.

ist it that hard to spread the thermal paste? people seem to not want to spend like 1 minute spreading the paste evenly, like... it not that hard and it is better since you dont have to worry about putting less paste than needed

I dont spread it, pushing it down and letting it spread prevents air bubbles

I had high temps on idle, above 60. High Temps take time to go down, in the BIOS. my initial fear is that the pump is dead or dying. Everything went well after replacing the thermal paste😆

hey, quick tip when playing Tanks always reduce ammo most you need is 15-20 anymore and you have a higher risk of getting ammo racked.
