Hopefully the MTA moves the 5 train to stay with the 4 train full time as an express to Woodlawn and sometimes local to Woodlawn and moves the 3 from West Harlem back to between West Burnside Avenue and East Burnside Avenue on the Jerome Avenue line to only terminate there. So they would have to come up with a plan to create a track to go from the West 135th Street station to the upper level of the 149th Street-Grand Concourse station and they can add a green 8 train to handle express service from Flatbush Avenue-Brooklyn College to Nereid Avenue-238th Street and having a green 10 train handling local but express on the Lexington Avenue line all the way up to Eastchester-Dyre Avenue.
