A field rule can be triggered from most of the basic field types, but the "Grouped Choices" option only applies to Dropdown fields. So multiselect, checkbox, or radio options cannot be dynamically filtered like you see in this video.

Thanks for your comment! A process with multiple approvers can be easily accommodated through a Blueprint. You do have the option to assign multiple owners to a Task. The other option would be to create a separate stage in the Blueprint for each stage of approval, in order of their hierarchy.

Nice video, thanks a lot. Do you have found a tip to get the folder id of the workdrive team folder of the project ? It would allow to work dynamically instead of hard coding the folder id. Thanks

Great question. The method to get the project's associated Team Folder ID via API is revealed in this recent forum post: help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/power-of-automation-upon-archiving-the-project-files-will-be-automatically-removed-from-zoho-workdrive *Note that the request URL is different from what is in the API documentation, and Workdrive Scopes are required for the OAuth connection. I tried the method from the post and it worked.

Great video. Thank you. How would you recommend handling the billing portion we want to use books. Converting to sales order or invoice then allowing multiple payments?

Great video. We have 2 service options on our proposal which we created..but our proposal is done on powerpoint or Zoho Show. Should we transfer the document to writer or try to format it there? Also how do you give the client a way to choose from one of the options...then hit approve?

Thanks for watching, great questions! Zoho is working on a native integration between CRM and Show. For now it can be achieved using Zoho Flow, which works in a similar way to Workflow Rules in CRM, but goes between applications: help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/show/zoho-show-integrations/zoho-show-integration-with-zoho-flow/articles/zoho-show-integration-with-zoho-flow#Zoho_CRM__Zoho_Show For allowing the client options, you should be able to create checkbox fields in your CRM and then merge the checkbox field for each option.
