Really poor company, fabric failed after 13 months. Customer service told me this was due to using the blinds. Terrible product and service.

Found Maxxmar to have a very poor product due to the style of fabric they use. All 6 of my blinds started to tear after 13 months. Got know where with customer service.

Bulll crap this is an other liberal ploy to push the sale of motorized windows and spend more money. Just make the chain a lot shorter.

These things are very noisy. Which is likely why they play background music instead of the actual sound. Just bought them and we're disappointed. Also the Genius rods we saw before buying were way shorter than those we got, which don't look great.

Bad light leakage from.mandalay. we had them and black our feature was not good. Make sure you get the accessory to block the light leakage with the blackout blind

Just had it installed. The remote will not pair to any channel. Press the itty button on remote, and nothing happens. Took two months for these to arrive and I can't do a thing with them.

I'm waiting for this on order. If I had seen this video I would not have purchased. Looks terrible. I'm hoping it works ok with the phone app. I don't have a hairclip and I have to repeat 9 steps 5 times? Seriously looks like a pos, I'm hoping it isn't.
