Looks amazing! We have had our Xelsis for nearly 5.5 years now and put over 6,000 lattes through it. The machine is still going strong, unless I jinx it. 😂 if you all ever need a long time owner/user to compare or test it side by side with our current 7684 give me a shout!

That looks easy enough, but it won't work if the drive motor decides that the home position is off by 180 degrees. I have no solution for that issue.

Hello! Recently I have experienced water pressure problems with my Saeco Pro Barista. When using ''Hot water" option or ''Milk froth'' it barely gives any liquid (maybe 1/3 of what it normally did). And when it does, there is a lot of steam coming from the brew group behind the lid. I did all the steps in the videos but nothing helps. The machine is about 4 years old and was working perfectly until now. It seems more people have had the same problem.

Followed instructions to the letter and the Xelsis went through each phase as expected - required two tanks of water and roughly 30 minutes - then cleaned the brew group and turned the unit on. After it finished rinsing I tasted the hot water and it had a strong acid taste - citrus-like so ran a 5oz hot water cycle; hot water still strong citrus. I've run a full tank of water 5 oz at a time and it STILL tastes strongly like acid. Very unimpressed with the unit as my REAL espresso machine which is 18 years old never tastes like citrus - I use Puly+ in it and it always rinses fresh. I can't imagine how many times it may take before getting FRESH HOT WATER AGAIN FROM THIS MACHINE!!! As it currently stands I've wasted an hour post-descaling trying to get the disgusting after taste of the descaling operation completely out of the system - I can't imagine what the hell is in the system that could hold so much descaled and/or so much acidic water! So far it's taken 5 tanks of water and its still going - descaling has turned this unit into an hot acid pump 13.5 oz at a time! I can't imagine how putrid an espresso might taste. Why not just use citric acid and not waste $10 on a bottle of over the top crap that renders your morning coffee expectation into a headache! I use purified water ALL THE TIME and have never had my REAL ESPRESSO machine fail in 18 years of daily use and thousands of shots of brew. Compared to my REAL ESPRESSO - La Valentina - machine his unit is little more than a fragile toy that usually dispenses a tepidly warm drink that needs to be microwaved to get it to 180°± that could actually be served, like in a business! Seriously?! Even at MAX temp setting drinks are still 130°± once in the cup.

Apart from the colour, there are other differences between the following types? - SAECO GranAroma SM6585/00 (Black and silver/gray) - SAECO GranAroma SM6580/20 (White) - SAECO GranAroma SM6580/00 (Black) Because there are significant differences in price. Thanks in advance.

Hi Peter, thanks a lot for your interest in the Saeco GranAroma! Except for the colour, models SM6580/20 and SM6580/00 are the same. Model SM6585/00 also makes flat white and has a travel mug function (the other two models don't). Also, model SM6585/00 can store 6 user profiles, the other two models 4. Hello, thanks for your comment. If you're seeing error 01, this means that the coffee grinder in your espresso machine is not working as it should due to a coffee funnel blockage. In order to fix this, please unblock the coffee funnel (with a coffee spoon or a vacuum cleaner as explained below): 1. Switch off the machine and then wait until the machine is fully quiet (you don't hear any noise coming from it). This might take about 15 to 20 seconds 2. Open the service door and remove the brew group 3. Open the lid of the pre-ground coffee funnel and place the spoon handle into the funnel. If there is no pre-ground coffee funnel, insert the spoon handle into the coffee funnel from below 4. Move the handle up and down until the clogged ground coffee falls down. This might require some force. 5. Remove and clean up all the fallen ground coffee with a vacuum cleaner 6. Next, put the vacuum cleaner nozzle on the outlet of the coffee funnel and cover the pre-ground coffee funnel with your hand. Or the other way around, put the vacuum cleaner on the top and cover the bottom of the coffee funnel. 7. Place the brew group back. Then turn on the machine and prepare an espresso. 8. After preparing the espresso, check if the funnel is still free from ground coffee. If not successful, repeat the unblocking procedure. Please do not pour or spill any water into the coffee bean container so that the coffee funnel does not get blocked. We hope this helps! Hallo! eine neue mußte her und ich hatte eine Maschine von der Konkurrenz sämtliche Milchschaumgetränke waren trotz Einstellung auf die maximale Temperatur nicht mal annähernd lauwarm. Ein Kaffee muß heiß sein. Habe nun die Gan Aroma bestellt bin schon sehr gespannt. Läßt sich bei dieser die Temperatur des Milchschaumes (nicht des Kaffees!!) einstellen? Wie gesagt, eine lauwarme Plörre in diesem Preissegment t ist inakzeptabel

Just have it imported and pay the $85 import fee.. You'll need to purchase a 110v to 220v/240v 'Step Up' Voltage Converter for about $120 bucks.. Just make sure its a 'Step Up' version and is at least 1600w and has the European female electric sockets on it.. Amazon has them.

Trouble is that the machine does not pass through from the initial stage of water pumping and hence we cannot choose anything; it never passes through from the sign of a water drop and two arrows
