I think what makes the President truly progressive is that her gender doesn't matter. The writers don't need a special reason to have a female president any more than they would to have a male president. Bowers' gender was irrelevant in the early games, too.

Looking at how Masae seems to have treated him during their relationship, I decided to stop following her. That she kept a relationship she was clearly embarrassed of for that long, and was willing to throw fuel on his fire once she had a "better boyfriend" just reminded me too much of someone I used to know. Someone I had feelings for, and who didn't reciprocate them, but led me on because she liked having a sensitive guy around to be emotionally available. The impression I get is that Masae didn't really love him, either, and just wanted him around for similar reasons, until she could get with someone more "normal," i.e neurotypical. I could be wrong, and it's generally out of character for me to assume the worst about people, but she made her own decision to stop answering questions and leave us to draw our own conclusions. The conclusions I've drawn are that Chugga has been (mostly) vindicated, and that Masae's act of disdain is unjustified, that after leading him on for years, she saw one last chance to stick it to him, and threw him under the bus. I can't reconcile that with the image of the "wholesome gamer" that I used to know, and the only conclusion I can draw from that as a result is, she's not as good a person as I once thought. In fact, she could even be a pretty toxic person. So, I'm done giving her my attention. I enjoyed her content in the past, but now that her mask has slipped, it just isn't the same to me anymore. My apologies if this comment is a bit disjointed or repetitive, I'm still grappling with the emotional aspect of this.

It's a really humorous dialog for the SS to insist on telling Curie they are not with vault tec and having her just decide the SS actually is and open the door anyway. She might not be capable of violating her program, but she can play around with it to do what she decides to do anyway. She also decides to leave the vault just because she wants to see the world, she wasn't programmed to do that.

I've had the game since I was a high school freshman (4 years as of now) It sucks ass, it is not fun. I never wanted to finish it. It's so easy to become overpowered. For it's time it is a great game but there's no way it beats Oblivon or better yet Daggerfall. 7/10.
