Outward opening external doors need hinge bolts to ensure the door leaf remains secure even when the hinges are ground off by a would-be intruder

The door jamb will offer additional support during a hurricane but the hinge pins can be easily removed. A thief dream

It's fine to open our if you use security hinges that have set screws to lock the pins in the hinge. Those pins look like standard hinges and gives zero security. Lenar is not my 1st choice for builders.

This store looks unreal. My Publix here in Fort Myers just closed to be remodeled. I really doubt it will look like this one, but I hope it will look close to it. Won't count on having Pours though.
