I really liked that the instructional video ended with three challenging tasks. For Task #2 my expectation would be that the building heights would not conform to Benford's Law because those numbers would be too clustered for conformity to Benford. That said, it does depend on whether the heights are measured in meters or feet or even inches for that matter. When a dataset does *not* conform to Benford then the calculated chi-square statistic will be sensitive to the unit of measurement. The conclusion will probably stay the same. In contrast, when the data set conforms to Benford then the calculated chi-square will be nearly identical and will not depend on the measurement unit used. Interest viewers can read up on "the scale invariance property of Benford's Law."

Excellent! The speed of the speech and the analysis was perfect and the Excel analysis itself was correctly and efficiently executed. Interested viewers can read up more about the Wayne James Nelson fraud by finding my 1999 article "I've Got Your Number" by searching for Nigrini at www.journalofaccountancy.com/. I also discuss this fraud scheme and the payments data on pages 349 and 350 of Forensic Analytics Second Edition (Wiley, 2020). Very interested readers can view Wayne James Nelson's inmate record by running an "Inmate Datasearch" on the website of the Arizona Department of Corrections. He was inmate 098290.
