You are too sweet, I loveeee this 😍 starting my loc journey soon!

i’m starting my locs by leaving in some mini twists i did. i was worried about how i braided at the root before i twisted them down. i see that you have braided roots as well, so did you notice anything like a pinch in your loc once it grew out a bit from the original braid at the start? that’s all i’m worried about rn

You must work at a Paint Nail Bar. My aunt just opened one, I am currently a cashier at a grocery store but I have an art degree, but I have been just kind of lost about what to do for a career. I never thought about nails but I need to make more money bc I’m moving out in a few months and I’m not sure if I should take the risk and go to school. My aunt promised me a job there and I really love helping people and artistic things. I’m just wondering if you make enough to pay rent and bills or what are your hours? Watching your video is making me realize I should take the risk and just do it. Thank you for your video!

About to start at my first salon and surprised that the owner says I need my own led lamp and my own tools (3-4 sets off snips/pushers/clippers, gloves, masks, files, foot files). She provides the products. It’s really not that expensive and I have most of it, but should I be concerned?
@BabyKush4204 ай бұрын
That is a huge concern they should provide tools with proper cleaning procedures in place. As well as when the tools get dull they need to provide you with brand new ones. They probably get a lot of funguses/infections.

Your starters look pretty here! Hope it’s still going well for you! I started my second set a couple days ago on Halloween with two-strand twists. First set didn’t last long (maybe 7 months), partially due to not using the right product to establish them and retwist them. But I have a much better product this time around and am so glad to have finally started them over. Excited for the journey 😊
