My philosophy is simple yet difficult to follow. Every person has 2 sides, a subconscious and a conscious mind. The subconscious mind sometimes has brilliant ideas and sometimes absolutely awful ideas. It just brings those ideas to you in the hopes that it might be useful or interesting. "You" as the conscious mind, it is YOUR job to listen to what is being said by the subconscious mind and evaluate it for what it is. You are not forced to accept anything the subconscious mind tells you, ESPECIALLY when its being overly critical of you or your past. That stupid shit you did 10 years ago - you don't have to listen to it reminding you it was stupid. You know its stupid and you know you wont do it again. Youve learned your lesson... enough said. So my advice is to learn how and when to listen to that brilliant yet stupid subconscious mind of yours.

Still confused on the geometry. I’m 5 10” height and was looking at the KHE Plasma for flatland or the Wethepeople Sinus. The KHE is 21.25 where as the Sinus is 19tt. In your honest opinion which would the better to run with for my height?
