Neoliberals are not the far left. They are the center or "moderates" (Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, etc.). In fact, the far left holds policy positions that an overwhelming majority of the country agrees with and could be considered the center if you're thinking in terms of something like a normal distribution curve. When you equivicate the far left and far right it seems kind of silly. One side is fighting for workers rights( including construction workers like you), Healthcare, and generally equalizing the power dynamic between corporations and people while the other side thinks the frogs are turning your children gay.
