Poor girl 😭 you should check out blu kote or something similar, as well! It helps to change the color and the others may be less drawn to the wound. Chickens are jerks sometimes.

I have 6 chickens. I don't know much. But aren't you supposed to immediately get rid of the chicken doin the picken? Otherwise the rest will learn the bad behavior?

They are looking good. Have you ever raised any other birds? We had a few ducks once, they were actually much easier than chickens.

I built a coop some years back. Didn't have a local source for chicks at the time so i ordered 8 chicks online. They sent 18! They all survived. Had so many eggs we supplied half our street. 😄
