You are neglecting your aging barrels too much. Get the large barrel racks as soon as you can and max your number of aging barrels and booze production. Focus your farming on items you actually have recepies for.

With aging your brew, if you don't remove the drinks from the aging barrels after aging, it continues to age into the next higher quality. You could have collected them a lot sooner, but left it to age into max quality.

When you go into your menu if you go to the very left hand tab it's called Tavern and will show you a variety of stats including max occupancy, so at max no matter how many tables you have how many people can be in the tavern at once - hope this helps

Hi Zannah! The floor placing costs 1 gold and 5 planks and 5 nails each,and the door costs 3 gold and some resources which was showed on a little panel next to the floor(not sure you have noticed). Customers only renting rooms,when the tavern is open,they will wait in front of the reception desk,and then you click on it and you can see the options.(it will shows available/rented) The ageing barrels worked fine,you only must have put in 1 :D. You can put up to 30 drinks in 1 barrel,the best to leave the beverages until they reach grand reserve level(orange label on top left) so they sells for more.(And sorry for my english :))

You don't get dash until later! You fight bosses and then get new powers after! There are some spots that you can't reach until you have certain powers. Also you can definitely rebind the keys! the screen you were on to see the controls was actually where you rebind them! This is an amazing but difficult game! I havent finished it(I should). Hope you're not too discouraged to continue it! But I know platformers are quite your cup of tea.

I haven't played this game so I don't know firsthand but it maybe looks like someone will book the room when the tavern is open? maybe? this is a very complicated game that probably needs more in depth tutorials. I know I would've appreciated more showing me and less words in the tutorial if I were playing.
