Hi. It was worth it considering we were out most of the time. I sent them email sharing po the occasion. I gave both our membership numbers which probably helped. But no harm in trying just ask politely in advance po. 😅 Bar was nothing extraordinary compared to normal Hilton or other brands pero pwede na po dahil free naman 😅 I hope I answered all your questions 😉

Hi, not quite sure. However, they have 403 rooms and suites, located on the 17th floor all the way up to the 31st. So average of 28 rooms per floor I guess

The detail you added in lounge reviews could have been done in the aircraft and flight review as well. Overall it was decent but could have been better. I did not get enough details from your review which could help us in decision.

You review was fair and objective and not sensationalized. Which doesn't benefit anyone. 👍I will say that Qatar Airways is still one of the top carriers in terms of overall experience. Whether seated in economy/business/first class. However, the reality of life is that nothing will ever be 100% consistent across the board for anything service/product related. ☹ The lack luster economy experience you experienced in economy is probably a 9.5 when compared to USA/Western carriers! 🤣 My Qatar Airways experience in economy service has always been professional without any outwardly unnecessary rudeness toward passengers and appropriately responsive from cabin crew. Although economy service vs business/first class is apples and oranges -- as it should be for the price difference and enhanced service expectations from paying customers. 💯 Again, excellent review! 😀

Same here, all my Qatar Airways experiences in economy, i always feel satisfied with the price I paid. Perhaps, the only thing I hope they will improve is the meal. Other than this, the cabin crew, for me they are very professional.

We opted to make the most of the experience, and capture videos to share. Though we've flown long-haul in Singapore Airlines' Airbus A350-900 last year, this flight was also complaint-free. We faced a layover of over 6 hours, arriving at midnight. We hoped to sleep in the sleeping room, but it was full with no booking allowed. We ended up resting at a booth. Then, we still desired a shower to freshen up before our next flight, but it was also not available. Despite these challenges, we managed our time well and eagerly anticipated these experiences. Hope this clarifies. 😊

I think he is right to complain these flights are over 10k each and part of the price they say you pay for is the exclusive access to the lounge, they promote and tout the shower and sleep rooms yet BOTH he couldnt use???!! I would be upset too!. I also noticed the planes and overall service is worst than other legs. terrible cathy pacific old planes with tears and missing parts , tears in the seat , running out of food and snacks ... just terrible.. imagine paying 5k a seat and they run out of chips and food and your seat has tears in it..
