It’s hard to have sympathy when they told you get out of the water and you consistently don’t so that’s on you and I’m sorry for the loss but people are stupid

I've always had much respect for those willing to risk their lives to help other. However, it does cause me pain to see how they must risk death, for people that don't obey the rules/laws. So many of our first responses lose their lives in this capacity. And it's completely avoidable. Much respect to all those who do risk their lives for others!
