Well done on showing what a classic County can achieve.T hat takes me back to my TW35 days with a 5 furrow Dowdswell. We see so many ploughing videos on You Tube that one can see clearly the plough has been set up by Stevie Wonder it makes me cringe. I compliment the driver on doing a 1st class job with a classic "Ford" and a well set up plough. Being an ex ploughing demonstrator i don't give praise lightly but he deserves it. Top work.👍

@@Robinrob181191A did you cut and bodge your nosecone to fit the lights or just switch lights and cone from the 50 series? You paint is hardly original is it? Shes a rare beauty now

DMcG we trimmed a slot out in the nose cone to fit them. All original paint!

Lovely tractors. I had a brand new 7000 early in 1974 - one of the very first dual power models, and supplied by TH White, Devizes. We had to wait 8 months for it [Remember the 1973/4 three day week?]. Well worth the wait; I loved that tractor. The later 7600 Q cab models didn't match this model - I think the Q cab was too heavy and upset the power to weight ratio - perhaps could have done with a 10 hp boost?

I bet it was lovely to have one new. My Dad has one in the 70s and loved it. I’m not old enough to remember the 3 day week😉😂 yes they definitely needed a bit of boost they are a massive cab for the size of tractor.
