The cool part about it, is that allll these lights flash at the exact same time coz its the frequency of the station thats generating the power.

Actually some of them are on different phases 180 degrees out of phase so some flash in an alternating pattern

There could be no any 4th harmonic, it's not necessary to have all harmonics by an instrument. You all need to study waves chapter in 11th class science book .
