Honestly I love Chhetri. I think the eoe card is because he played his last international match. I'm not indian but I love the guy and I'm really enjoying the card so far. He is hard to link as there are no indian managers in the game but have managed to get him on 2 chem with 3 icons in the squad and an indian league manager.
