This bugs me. But are robot was programmed to grab a pallet first and lay it down then grab a layer sheet so its center perfect. I worked at a bottle company.

That is so extremely slow compared to a 1980’s Alvey paletizer.

That is one slow machine. Very bad looking layer squaring. Too much pausing and gaps in the layers

The design of this machine is excellent and it works well. We've been using it for over a year and haven't encountered any major issue.

The pallets would be more stable if you alternate which sides the rotated boxes are placed. Stacking the boxes identical all the way up makes for a very unstable load

Actually seems fairly slow and far more complicated than the case packers I was working with in the mid 1980’s.
