I never said this was belly dance. As written in the description, it is a ShimmyFitz workshop. ShimmyFitz is not belly dance, it is a belly dance-inspired fitness workout, which uses shimmy movements. Thank you for dropping by anyway. There are many awesome belly dance teachers on KZfaq. Wow Zyenhoo. I love this choreo, dance. Can you really burn up to 100 calories in 10 minutes? if so, I need to do this more often. I could use a few pounds haha. Question, did you speed up the video when you did the shimmy? or is that how fast you can really go? Greetings from California, Los Alamos.

Hello! Thank you for your kind comment! I am so happy to hear you love this choreo. No, I did not speed up the video. That's my actual speed of shimmying. I love shimmying, and I find that it really helps me tone my muscles! (I do need to do it more often myself, I have also gotten lazy lately!!!) Hi sis. I could of swore I commented on this. I watched this before, Wanted to watch it again and loved it as always. I love to see you do this more often, shimmyfit, do with the ladies in class together too for fun like 5, 10 minutes shimmy drills, challenges. be great. please do that for sure. Though I love to see a lot of shimmy fitness together with the ladies but also dance performances as well like do drum solos together during performances, in class videos, just do shimmy drills, challenges for fun. and for latin dance, keep doing what you do on that too. always with love and support.

Sounds like you're doing a chest shimmy! But you have to try to make sure that the muscles that are moving are the ones YOU want to move, not because they happen to move by themselves!
