Hardcore in this kind of modpack is BS

Buried chest rule: They spawn at 9,y,9 in any given chunk. Open the F3 display and look for the coordinates.then look at the ones in parentheses. The chest will always be in the center of the chunk - which is the 9th block on X and Z. Stand on that block and dig straight down.

I've been playing this one myself. It's fun.

I don't mean to back seat game, but you have hopping botany pots and the farmer box from Easy villager. Why don't you just grow carrots or something to trade with a farmer? Emerald for days. Same works with sticks from potted trees and fletchers.

It could be worst, in my current try I had spawned on top of the dungeon that gives you the guns 'n' roses achievement. Had to carefully brake apart the wood on the roof I was on to make it across to a roof with a chest but no spanner, tried to make it down and gave up trying to fight the rose skeletons and blocked it off as I used my building blocks to make a kind of staircase down the outside of the dungeon. now I have found an vacant house in the redwoods that I have taken over as my home and accidently ripped off the log while trying to remove the trees that where too close, so now I am going to change them to redwood.

Dev of the pack here, have fun with the series! Just letting you know though, that Hasturian Era is releasing in about a month from now and it's a pretty huge update, completely overhauling various aspects of the pack :) You'll be able to update just fine but there are so many changes that it might overwhelm you, just letting you know that!

The chef homes are definitely changed in this - but it does bring up something I wanted to tell you for Cottage Witch: these villages in the snow are full, and I mean FULL, of chef homes - they however carry exclusively sushi rolls. Not as good as the variety homes in other villages but they are still extremely reliable if you are running out because of how many are in a single village - I recommend them in that pack!

Recently had to end a five year relationship because of certain actions that my ex took, not going to get into the specifics here, so hearing that someone else is going through relationship problems that sound like it’s going to be a waste of time and effort is aggravating. Kali (or Cali or however you want to spell it), if the relationship is as one sided as this stream makes it seem, you NEED to get rid of him. The longer the relationship lasts with you being the only one putting in effort the more it’ll hurt when it inevitably ends. I’m not saying cut him out of your life entirely, if you can still be friends without things being weird by all means go for it, but you need to find someone who will put in the same effort you are.

why skip the gregtech coal ore? just to go get the normal coal ore? Is there something wrong with the gregtech stuff?

I'm gonna use this modpack to introduce my friend to minecraft mods (ik its a lot but it'll be fun). You have a nice voice, i'll enjoy watching through this series
