Live in Texas. We feed all the wildlife (birds, hogs, squirrels, coins, wabbits,etc) and if a deer happens along then it is free game as long as it meets state requirements; we don’t shoot bucks as we want them for breeding. We will cull the occasional Buck for obvious reasons. It’s not bailting like some states like to call it, it taking care of our animals. We mostly do it for the hogs.
