Its been a big conversation recently And even now drake putting out “U my everything” makes it the first time an AI generated sample has been used in an official release. The sample metro used for BBL Drizzy (which did not get an official release) he got from someone who created it with AI. And this is what artists were worried about, the use of AI music without clear guidelines. Drake has even been a victim of this and has spoken out against the use of AI like this. I've recently gotten into watching loads of tiny desk videos the past few months, am already a fan of Justin and this was freaking awesome!
