Hello. My bike came without that thumb throttle. I bought one (universal) and does not work. How can it be activated? You switch the wires from it, so can not work with universal thumb throttle? Or is the throttle cable unmounted from the controller? Please, help.

Can someone from Hitway please respond and tell us how to derestrict the top speed because on the older model computer controllers you could change it on that but on the new version the controller has no option for that so please help. I was told by Hitway that the BK2 cannot be derestricted but I know for a fact it can because there are vidoes all over the net showing how (albeit with the old style controller. In fact if I was ti bou the exact model of controller that was on the older BK2s would I be able to derestrict it then? Please someone help, I'm new to all of this and had I thought this bike was so locked down I would have chosen another brand and model.

Fantastic bike. Except for the lack of correct actual speed indication and the front suspension is much too hard. When you go downhill at 25km/h or faster and your assist is at level 1, it indicates 15 km/h... The front suspension is not working. I need my full weight of 82kg to push it in a little bit. It just feels like a fixed fork.

Schöne Musik...Schöner bike. Wenn alles ok ist dann ist alles gut. Probleme fangen schon bei den entsprechenden Ersatzteilen an welche man in Deutschland nicht kaufen kann. Dazu fast keine deutsche Fahrradwerkstatt nimmt diese bikes zu Reperatur an.... Diese Erfahrung habe ich jetzt mit meinem Hitway. Nach langer Suche im Internet konnte ich endlich eure Seite finden.
