“To be successful at the high school and college level every pitch must look the same for the first 4 feet out of the tube. The only thing that changes is your grip and rotation of the wrist. This means that each pitch is on your fastball base with fastball arm speed.” Dr. Tom House

Tom House clearly states you are to throw the towel at eye level. You should not be hitting something low because that is not the release point.

Kids about 6’3 without shoes. Am I right? And don’t give me some 6’5 or 6’6 numbers. He’s good. Just wish people stop cappin about height

I'm 6'1"... where do you see 6'6" 😂
@TheRoadLessChosen4 күн бұрын
@@nicholasbauer7407 nah. Nobody said you were 6’6. I was addressing the comment section. I was guessing your height. You look about 6’3, my son’s height. He’s going to be a junior and you guys have the same build and mechanics. I figured 6’3 ish? You know how the comments section can be loaded. Much like Bronny James and his fans claiming he was 6’4 when he’s 6’1. No hate here. Actually quite the opposite.
@TheRoadLessChosen4 күн бұрын
@@nicholasbauer7407 also, while I have your attention, I’m curious as to how you use the back leg. Anything I can tell my son that might help him understand better. I’ve always that momentum takes you down the mound not much of a push or drive off the mound but it seems like the way it functions. Weight on inside or outside of foot? The back leg on my son doesn’t look as supported as most. Anything suggestions/ opinions?
@nicholasbauer74073 күн бұрын
@TheRoadLessChosen I am definitely pushing off the mound, at least that is what I am thinking. The last year and a half I have been training to drive off the mound correctly. So I would watch alot of topvelocitys videos on how the drive leg works

The lower velocity example has some small leakage in their lead leg block too.
@evanneiser133912 күн бұрын
Still has big leak in the middle that will be fixed by posture as his back leg gets stronger and better at holding and driving/generating. This kid has more velo to unlock still. Really nice progress so far.
