I saw you commented that you wont play anymore. Well I respect that, it's just a shame that you didnt get to play the overseer area yet. The contrast is huge. There are 2 god tier irons that feel exactly like the original game, levels in general are more strategic and much harder. I mean to be fair i return for making the enemies slower they made the post game enemies buff as hell with pretty crafty himmicks but i can agree that the bossfight's are underwhelming

honestly compared to the others, vengeance is not really inferior, i mean it just tried out new concepts, its a new game, and sure some towers are way stronger but in the first 2 games there were 2 op towers, they were tesla x104 and that mech i forgot it's name but had the wasp missiles, in this one the towers are only unbalanced because the waves are, by this time alliance came out and it has the same wave problem, they are like generated instead of decided, the enemies are not organized they just come in unpredictable numbers and the waves lack variety in each wave, they are just a bunch of enemies then next wave is just a bunch of enemies, they are forgetable

We have the same thing in the StarCraft community. Starcraft 2 is "objectively" better than the first game, but many people hate it and chose to not play it. Also, there areany other RTSs other than sc2, but usually sc2 players don't like them. I think that with great games like starcraft and kr there is a fraction of the players who won't like the sequels or similar games no matter what. That's not a bad thing per se, just interesting

Yeah im ngl ironhide cooked on this game, the difficulty is actually comparable to the trilogy in the late half as opposed to vengeance, the two hero system actually works and you’d think it would be too overpowered, quite enjoyable i’d say, glad they listened to the feedback

Is it just me or is the sound quality on this game really low compared to the older titles? Im enjoying the game so far but the sound is really muffled and its kind of putting me off :/

Eh, I just ask what would be worse though? We often criticize typical AAA devs for abandoning games in less than a year. I like to imagine that they're trying to at least show that they won't just pull the rug under the people who bought the game? I feel like at least trying to fix what they can is an act of good faith.

I love this game, I just feel as if there are too many flying enemies which require certain towers, and making the majority, that don't hit air like the many artillery towers, completely redundant.

A challenge just popped to my mind, although I never will dare try it in kingdom rush because I suck, but the idea came when I saw a kdr vid and in certain sections, they speed up the vid of the gameplay because it's the "boring parts". Then a thought came to mind that "what if you speed up the game? I bet it will ramp the difficulty up" I could try speeding it with a cheat engine or other softwares I think. Will I try it? No. Do I want anyone to try it? No. It seems like that will take the fun out of the game and turn it into pain to some extent when you speed up the game too fast that it's barely manageable to micro, but not impossible to win. But an idea to me is an idea and I want to share my dumb sadistic idea to the allstar himself. I just want to know what you think of it so I posted this comment unto this recent vid, Im also a fan your vids and I keep rewatching my fav vids of you, you're just so entertaining and put a lot of effort to your vids making me question why you're too underrated, thanks for reading!

Emissary roots + outpost bomb + some barracks solos the whole game btw, its not brainless, a few of the late levels punish the slightest mistakes, but if you wanna have some variety in your gameplay dont expect the game to force you to change your towers loadout, you have to do it yourself.

Brooooooooooooooooooooo Youre supposed to prioritize right side ability for goblin outpost, its literally above S tier. So broken it carried me through the whole game, please dont touch the left side ability im gonna weep

"I'll be desensitized to the difficulty" Just you wait for the overseer area levels ;) youre gonna restart maaaaaaaaany times for nll. You will love the second to last level, the main campaign stage of this level is really nice, but the iron stage is S tier. If you like levels where positioning your heroes is extremely important, as well as timing hero skills you will fall in love with this iron challenge. Pure strategic chaos and constant microing.

Alliance is worse than vengeance by far I LITERALLY GOT JUMPSCARED AFTER BEATING SECOND TO LAST LEVEL, ALLIANCE IS THE FIRST KR GAME TO NOT ASK THE PLAYER TO CHOOSE DIFFICULTY OF THE GAME, I PLAYED NEARLY THE WHOLE GAME ON NORMAL INSTEAD OF VETERAN 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
