I had two of the Grace radios quit working because of this. I definitely would never buy from the Grace company again after this since there was no work around and they are not getting more $$ from me. ive been using an old cell phone for internet radio since then and it works fine. I'm not sure I'd buy any internet radio again since I don't trust that this can't happen again. My Grace Mondo has an AUX plug, so I can still use the speakers with a cell phone or the usb slot in the back. My older Grace radio had none of that, so I believe I threw that one in the trash...

Hi, I'm sorry your account was closed, I am also in the same predicament. I have been an in store customer since Wal-Mart opened in a nearby town. I never returned anything since I did all my shopping inside and knew what I was getting. The only time I've returned anything then were Christmas gifts for a gift card or exchanged the item size etc. I opened an online account about 10 years ago but only made a few orders because I had received a Wal-Mart gift card and didn't do any returns. In October 2019 I broke my foot so I was no longer able to shop inside so I started using the online account to do my grocery shopping for the curbside grocery pick up and used my EBT food stamp card to always pay. I would usually go once a month and get everything to last a month. I started using the Wal-Mart curbside in January 2020 and then COVID-19 started and everyone was using curbside. So anyway, I would some times not get an item, meaning that it was in stock and I was charged for it but did not receive. Examples of what happened would be if they had something buy 1 get 1 free I would get only 1 item I would usually go to online chat about missing items because when I would call curbside at the store they always say we will credit your account and never would. So at chat they would just give me a promotion code to use online next time. I would get eggs that had half of them cracked, not just one or two. I received a 5lb pack of Angus ground chuck that the next day I went to split it up in portions to freeze and it was already brown and smelled really bad with a best by date that was the day before picking it up. So would go to chat and they would apologize up and down then give me a promotion code for next purchase. I never asked for a refund on any of the items I would call about the agent was always the one to offer it. I had one more item I had a problem with and this was what ended my account in January 2024. I did some EBT food shopping online for delivery, only dry goods. I had ordered this big twin pack of Heinz ketchup and it was such a deal I couldn't pass it up, you couldn't touch the in-store price with it. It was 2 50.1 oz bottles for like $8.70 and the store was $11. So it came 2 days later and I had been gone all day to the Dr and having tests done. I get home and noticed the box was leaking and the card board box was drenched on one end and a gazillion ants on my porch. It was horrible, I couldn't lift it because it would fall apart, so I rolled my garbage curby over to front porch and opened the top and both had busted/cracked and no bubble wrap nothing, threw it in the garbage, but I had taken 7 pictures showing all of this, then water hosed the porch. I went to chat and also sent the pictures and you would have thought I told them I was just diagnosed with cancer they were so apologetic and the agent gave me a $20 promotion code for all my problems. Then 4 days later I went to sign on and it was closed. I wrote a novel like the one I'm leaving on your comments to the email address it said to contact and told them I just couldn't believe my account had been closed and I never returned anything or any complaints till I started doing the curbside pick up. I pleaded with them and said if I had any clue at all that this was even a possibility I would have just ate the loss of the items. I told them I'm on disability and only have myself no one to help and that the curbside is my only lifeline to buy groceries and to please consider reinstating my account and I will never return anything to Walmart again and would even sign an affidavit and get it notarized, that I was that desperate to keep my account. I told him canceling my account was like it feels for an elderly person to lose their drivers license and lose their independence. I received a denial and that this was a final decision and only option of shopping with them would be in-store and pay cash, nothing that links my name because it will flag it at register and I will be told to leave the store immediately. I wrote back and said I'm getting treated like I'm a criminal, I worked for the state police over 15 years and this is absurd, you need to find another job that's maybe better fitted for you like a warden of a prison. Sorry my comment was sooo long, I tend to include too much unwanted information.

@1that_one_person1 hello, all those steps include going to playstation.com signing in and getting the one-time activation code? After you see the QR code you'll have to double back anyway do the sign in screen where you put your PSN email address and below it the one time activation you make sure to check the box Auto sign in and then press x this should bypass QR sign in screen and sign you in.,🍀

@robinson32993 Hi, I've heard of this problem before. On your PS3 home screen if you go all the way to the left where is the settings, go down to where it says accounts. There are many accounts that can be added to the PS3 console and sometimes you or your friends can add extra accounts making things a bit difficult at times. You could check there and see if there is an already created account you can switch to that makes sign in easier on your PS3. For example if you wanted to create a new account you could choose to do that fairy just remember I will take you a PlayStation 3 sign up page. And that's good just give the user profile and name you like that you can switch to later. Also important to remember that when creating a new user profile to check the box that says use existing PS3 profile, that's very important! This is a good way to weed out the most common cause of the issue your having. Honestly this is usually caused by someone else signing in to your PS3 to have different screensavers settings etc switching back to your profile might be difficult to find, but you can always create a new one just remember to check the box when creating a new profile that says you're an existing PSN member! @animalcorvair Hi, you right about Logitech shutting their servers down. This is a real shame because it happens to many radios on different platforms too. It's a real shame. You have my sympathies.... I still haven't replaced my Grace Digital radio.

@iceman12390 Hello, the only thing I can think of to make sure your copying the one-time activation code correctly. There's uppercase and lowercase to minded, basically the particulars of that code if you're very careful about it should work nicely 🍀🍀

@iceman12390 Hi,Also, when you're entering the one time device setup passcode, You'll see two check boxes below the passcode field.They say"keep me signed in etc.Basically check ✅ the first box & the other gets checked automatically ✅.Then click sign in.Thats usually all it takes 🍀🍀

I got one of these and having problems with it. I got the landline going to the caller, and the other from that to the phone. But it doesnt read anythig from caller ID. It detects no calls. Yet when I turn on the NO CID function it blocks everything. It can clearly read the line but is not showing any information. Kinda stumped

@plastikloser Hi,mine is set up differently,mostly because I have to use a DSL noise filter from Verizon for internet.Mine the “to line”goes to the wall Jack//(But first to a 2 way phone line coupler).That coupler let’s that DSL filter plug in & the other end to the wall.I don’t use the Call blockers “to phone “socket.An expandable wireless handset I use only needs a power plug.The base unit is in next room.Base phone gets plugged into the wall there.I’ve had no problems with mine.My Apartment is one single line.Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with it.Maybe adjusting some of the connections might help? @ plastikloser. Hi.(there's one thing I forgot to mention!), when there is an incoming call you'll see caller ID information/(But if you pick up the phone it should go blank.I should.) And it should be blank for the duration of your call until you hang up. But later caller ID information is important to find. After you hang up you'll see the number of blocked calls "this is the default screen". Anytime that you're not in a call you can press the left arrow or the right arrow to bring up the caller ID list. Using the same left and right arrows to scroll through your caller ID catch. If you see one you want to block just press the red lock button and the screen will confirm it. Hope this helps a bit 🍀🍀

​@@tthompson the problem im having is its giving me no caller ID info at all. It just blocks all calls witht the NO CID on or lets all calls in. Im having to check with my phone company to make sure my parents have Caller ID enabled as it doesnt not seem to be working at all. Ill give up an update once i get that sorted

@@plastikloser Hi, The call ID box setting, that says no caller ID (No CID) is to simply block or unblock incoming calls that have no caller ID in them. Pressing that button will toggle it on or off. Most people don’t want to receive calls that have no caller ID or just the other way around. In fact, a lot of important doctor calls come from private numbers like that. That’s why the no caller ID gives you the choice. You should always have the screen showing on your LED panel but if someone picks up on the other line, it will go blank. or if you pick up the phone to dial or call, the screen would go blank until you hung up. It’s a finicky little thing isn’t it? Lol. Best of luck.🍀🍀🍀

@ruddog4476 Hi, it turns out I was having the same exact problem tonight, really! I noticed it wouldn't let me, but I was giving it the correct sign-in information. I followed some advice I found elsewhere online that I'll share with you, some of it may not be necessary but in my case I wasn't sure what the problem was! Here's what I did I went to sign in and then right away click the trouble signing in link. The advice I got told me to look for reset password & I had to give it my email to send the reset link. I noticed in the process it gave me a choice during password sign up.,. between the last four digits of a old phone number !!! My age and a secret question. At least I know now why I wasn't getting the two-step verification SMS messages, the chat on the Sony site basically told me the hours of operation for me to handle it.(call or chat) Doesn't seem so serious to me now knowing what the problem is. I'll just contact support during business hours. Here is stuff that the (chat or agent)will ask you if it's during business hours: your online ID such as J533. Then your email, online advice told me to write down the serial number of the PS3 it's on the bottom of the console preceded by the name Serial: and followed by Cech -(model number) 11 digits would be the serial. So I know I need to change my phone number first off, it turns out I didn't set up SMS 110% right is all, then contact the chatbot during business is what I need to do. I'm hoping some of this answers your question, but if there's something else I can help you with please don't hesitate to ask 🍀🍀🍀

@@ruddog4476 Hi, just wanted to update you: I resolved my issue with Sony today through their chat. I was able to provide answers to their security questions and everything went well. They deactivated my 2fa and I was able to get in to put my new phone number, reactivate 2fa and grab some backup codes while I there in case I ever lose my phone. @user-yv1ow1xr3x Hello, the PS3 can have many user accounts on it. The easiest solution is to go to your PS3 home screen then go all the way to the left to >Users and click on to find profiles. You could try switching to another profile, but it might be best to create a new user profile. You'd want to give the profile and name you like.... Also when making the new user profile remember it's important to check the existing user option! This will allow you to create a new user profile and use your familiar passwords and username to sign into your profile. The error message you got is because another person may have been signed in on your PS3 with a different account. The solution is to create the new account in profiles.🍀🍀

@user-Wo2esldsly Hi, there's a solution to the loop you're experiencing.It starts by locating the "sign in screen" found almost all the way to the right on your PS3 home screen.Its one column to the left of the far right. It will be blue and have the symbols triangle square circle and x on it. (This is not usually there and will eventually disappear after you get your PS3 back online again). That would normally turn into" account management." You have to go into the start menu I described and follow the steps in my video, the idea is to log into playstation.com and retrieve a one-time device setup passcode. Very important to set up two-step verification while at PlayStation.com also!!From there writing passcode down or leaving it on screen helps a little bit. This is all in my video,.. from there you go back to your PS3 home screen and find the start button I described you'll see a place to enter your email address and below you enter the one-time device setup passcode,but that's instead of the usual password you used to put there. From their moving your cursor around to make sure the boxes are checked and select X. That's it! You should be immediately signed in.🍀🍀

ALL stores have a "shadow" ban list. I know many who have been banned by Amazon. I've been with Amazon since they began only selling books. I've occasionally returned items with no issues. But I also spend a lot of money with Amazon which I believe is one of the factors. The fact that you are a loyal customer is meaningless. It's how much you spend collectively year after year is what makes you valuable to a company. I do know with AI technology that algorithms are flagging many shoppers. In your case, you were banned not because of the return but because they knew you were allowing someone else to use your account which is indeed a violation of terms and conditions. They will never tell you the reason why you are banned but it is for legal purposes.

@user -wu1qp4uj2e Hello, as far as I know you can't pre-program the phone by entering blacklist numbers ahead of time. However when an undesired person calls, there's no need to answer because you can press block button while the phone is ringing before picking up. Thanks.

aldem34 Hi, as in the video, the Bluetooth transmitter will transmit audio only. The audio source for example: a cell phone on KZfaq app should continue to play video as normal. This is how such a Bluetooth connection should work. Unless there is a slow connection or maybe need to restart your router.🍀

@noobboiz95538 Hi, on your PS3 home screen look all the way to the right you'll see START., if you're not seeing START you would see (account management )in it's place. If that's the case go to the left on PS3 home screen first and run system update. Once you see START all the way to the right,Click on that and you'll find two empty Fields the first one is for email and the one below is for the code. This is where you put the one time set up device setup password.. Beginning with update 4.89 and after you would see the START button all the way to the right on the home screen.🍀

No wildcard feature , no whitelist feature = no sale. These blockers should have had these features since 2010 .... it's 2023 now. No excuse. Also, Once I block them.... I don't want them ringing my phone, I don't want to see them as a missed call, I don't want to see their caller ID in the call log, I don't want a voicemail from them, I don't to be notified that a "spam call has been blocked".

@elizaparker1114 Hello, when it comes to difficulties with email and password PSN account details, most would like to keep their account because of trophies and game purchases. Creating a brand new account is definitely not the first thing you should try. Try to salvage your existing account by calling or chatting with Sony. You could simply tell them you're having difficulty getting into your PSN account. To reset email or password they must ask security questions. Like what is your online gamer ID, ect. They won't reset anything unless you can answer a few questions. It's worth a try though. To chat with Sony go to www.playstation.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll see keywords like help,or contact. Click on these for a minute or so and you'll be in a chat with Sony. They may be able to help so long as you can answer their security questions. You can call them for the same.By Googleing SonyUS customer service you'd find many phone numbers. I believe you would to talk to Sony headquarters. They are not particularly helpful with the PS3 itself but can assist you with resetting your PSN (same thing) and if they can't help you reset your info they will be sure to tell you. This happened to me once, I felt fortunate to remember my security questions . If they can't help you you'd have no choice but to create a new account I'm afraid...🍀🍀
