Some one needs to make a commercial / safe place where you can go and do fractal burning behind a glass enclosure with arm manipulators. How awesome if you could make a commercial grade, safe center to do this with zero risk of injury. It would be so much fun. This could be monetised. If my boss said we are going fractal wood burning for team building I would be so excited - only if the setup was 100% safe.

You have to be insane to mess with this. No piece of burnt wood is worth it. If you had some kind of automated rig to do it with safety measures where you werent actually in any danger maybe. But doing it at home should be illegal.

2:20 WRONG! Voltage and current are related through the Ohm's law. There is no such thing as high voltage and low current. If the current is limited the voltage will drop on the contact. An electric fence is safe as it gives only a very short (3 ms) pulse once a second. Even a static shock has several amperes. Continuous high voltage is extremely dangerous.

Not all Fram filters are so cheaply and poorly made. That must have been one of their bottom tier ones. I've been very impressed with the Fram Ultra Synthetic. In several of these types of videos by others they have withstood the scrutiny. I would not hesitate to use that in my vehicles. From all these videos I've watched my top 3 choices would be the Wix XP, the Purolator Boss and the Fram Ultra Synthetic. Back in the late 80s and early 90s Frams were great filters. The company went downhill for a while and kinda ruined their name. Maybe they're on the mend a bit. Things change and you've gotta keep on your toes. Don't take stuff for granted just because a brand has had a good reputation and name. Back in the late 80s when I was a young new car owner I read a couple articles about some fleet studies that were done on Pennzoil. The Pennzoil engines were opened up and found to be horribly sludge up. I've avoided Pennzoil like the plague all these years. From watching these engine oil videos I've learned that today's Pennzoil is a totally different company and their oil has been totally reformulated. I have been extremely impressed with what I've seen and learned about several of the Pennzoil oils, especially the Pennzoil Ultra Platinum. I've just recently bought a 2016 Ram 1500 Crew cab, 4x4 with the 5.7 Hemi. I plan to use Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5W-30 in it, with one of the above mentioned filters. I have been a pretty firm Castrol fan for the past 3 to 4 decades, and used it in the several Honda Accords (4), Toyota pickup (1), Toyota Previas (3), Honda Odyssey and Saab 9-5 I've owned. I'm still a big fan and will likely use it some as well as the Pennzoil (which ever is on sale and readily available). Today's oils are all very similar and pretty top notch and really any of them will do the job well... even the Walmart Super Tech and Amazon Basics. But we all have our opinions and favorites, hopefully based on data and not just the color of the oil or the container... lol

That happens if it is down for long time and if you have something that is drawing the battery slowly, I had it twice in the shop, a radio a relay or a small light.

I buy Purolator/Wix and their re-labeled filters Pro-Line(Purolator) and Pro-Tec(Wix) exclusively, unless AC Delco filters go on crazy cheap closeout. Good luck with all of them.

Yep I think fram is starting to put back metal end caps on some filters. And then Honda OEM filter is Fram for one of their lines that ends in -02 however it may be a higher quality one I use supertech made by champion labs with metal endcaps

Excellent depopulation device. Reduces the load on our planet, great for fighting global warming, etc. While it temporarily causes a HUGE spike in carbon emissions, it is offset permanently, resulting in the removal of yet another carbon footprint. Great stuff,

Nice video! I would like to mention that there are factory blades made specifically for sandy conditions. They have the uplift part cut off even with the blade about 1" back from the end of the blade. The idea is the sand gets thrown out from under the deck much quicker than if the uplift part is intact. Would not add much to fabrication to do the same thing. Might be something to try side by side in the future. I think it would make a great video! Thanks for your upbeat enthusiasm with the fabrication!

3:58 The reason for the label "Do not open" it's regarding it's condenser / capacitor, whatever you wanna call it. Even tho it has a 1-2mohm discharge resistor it's still dangerous. An un energized MOT does nothing. So yeah, just wanted to mention this. Also 4:40 They do make noise, it's the usually 50/60hz hum everyone knows.

You can do this safely (well.. you won't die) with a flyback transformer. Basically using higher frequency so it's way less lethal.

Even high voltage high current sources can be non lethal, it's just that the frequency must be very high. 50/60 Hz are pretty much the worst frequencies for penetrating inside of the body.

Back in the 80's I knew a man that had purchased a satellite dish and started a cable service. One day he had been talking to his son while the son was on a telephone pole running cable for a customer, as he turned to walk back to his truck he saw the sky light up a turned back to see his son hanging and on fire! His son had his baseball cap on instead of his hardhat and the primary arched down and struck him in the head and exited his foot and armpit. By the time his dad lowered him and put out the fire, all his clothes had burned off. What was left fit in a sandwich bag. He didn't die but spent a long time in the hospital, it burned his ears off, some of his toes blown off, his hair burned off and the scar tissue there now so he can never grow hair again. If there is any consolation at least his testicals were spared and from what I understand he very lucky they where! So Yeah, Electricity is NO JOKE!

I get that this is dangerous and I get that you don't want to be liable for anyones death ☠️ but I think that it's kinda stupid to even make a video and hide how you make what you are making that just kinda invites someone who is making the dam thing to mess things up and get it wrong I will give you some much deserved credit for add the safety switches to the machine you have probably made this absolutely 💯%safer than anyone else has but like I say if you won't show your work I'm the dumb that you're trying to avoid do you think that not showing me everything you have done is going to stop me from making this cuz I can tell you that it is NOT so thanks for showing me not much

Wish I had seen this a few years ago. I had a vehicle that was out of commission with intermittent low oil pressure. Finally found someone to do a proper diagnosis and he found a oil filter that had fallen apart and was blocking oil flow. IT JUST HAPPENS THAT IT WAS BRIGHT ORANGE IN COLOR....NAPA FILTER, NEW ENGINE!!
