You could definitively add 10 kg if you brush up your technique a little bit, and by being more aggressive. What's your max clean?

My best is 70 kg also have the same from hang. In november I strained my back so building back my strength. Did 67.5 a week prior to this so hopfully I will be able to get a new PB soon. I agree with you. I need to be more aggressive and start to trust my back again.

@@rothmansvault Quite a large ratio between them, not that mine is much better... Back injuries definitively suck, you could try building up to a few heavy front squats to get the confidence back, unless that takes you very far off of your current programming. Do you have a coach btw?

Thanks for the tip! That could work. Don't have any special programing for the moment. Just take classes at the gym and program a bit for my self when I can't make classes.

@@rothmansvault Ah of course, yeah I'm only interested in weightlifting although I started with CF. Makes sense, you could head over to the weightlifting subreddit and ask about combined programming if you are interested, or ask one of the people teaching classes at your gym if they provide individual programming. Obviously that comes with a cost, presumably.

The recipe is 30ml (3cl) for each ingredient, that's why it looks a bit short in the glass

love seeing people make traditional style cocktails ❤️ i pretty much used the same exact recipe/technique when I started. Would totally recommend trying some aged Jamaican/Cuban style rums. Something with some funk to it. And maybe trying to use either Demerara or Turbinado sugar for your syrup. Very different and another tasty drink to add to your portfolio 😋

@@rothmansvault absolutely! i have a few actually! there's Appleton Estate that has a few variants(the 5yr is most common), Then there's Plantation Pineapple that is so delicious even when sipping on its own, and lastly Diplomatico has a lot of depth and also a great sipper!
