I wonder why this beautiful house hadn't sold yet,,,, by all means it's outstanding...!!! Other than the bonus room doesn't seem to have a kind of wet bar, the rest is perfect.

Also, the rest of the bedrooms are somehow isolated from the rest of the luxurious downtown stairs area,,,nevertheless it's truly a beautiful house and when you consider the location, it's actually virtually in the green hills area ,,,,💯%

I can see it going for 4.2Ms and if its in a HOA full of A holes... 2.8Ms because A holes in a HOA think they can do anything to you.... LOL

They did this backwards! You walk in the front door and walk into the "family room" and kitchen! It should be the formal living room with no kitchen! It's just strange!
