To anyone bitching about Jason on drums here, he is playing every single thing Boris played. All of the tom hits, the pre-recorded samples of tambourine on his drum pads, the cymbals, all of it. Robert just decided after the debacle of the drunken 1998 summer festival tour when he and some of the other members played like shit, to add backing tracks. It wasn't even Jason's fault. If you listen to boots or FM broadcasts of the 1997 shows, he is on top of his game. I get it, Boris was phenomenal. But he QUIT THE FUCKING BAND. It was his decision. They tried out like 5 or more drummers in 1995. They chose Jason after Louis Pavlou couldn't do it. If Robert had a problem with him, he would have been kicked out in the, oh TWENTY SIX FUCKING YEARS SINCE THEN. The band existed for 16 years prior to him. He's been in the band for TWO THIRDS of its existence. Just because it is the 2/3 that people like the least doesn't mean anything. Shut the fuck up already.
