I also feel Radahn was the same way but of course Miquella made him desperate to return and he almost did. But the one who truly to blame is Radagon. If he hadn’t had become what he was because of his lust for the Elden Ring that poor kingdom wouldn’t have become the way it is. I feel sorry for all the lords that we had to kill and they were his friends, his family. Godrick binding himself to other beings to become “The Lord of All That Is Golden”, Queen Rennala desperate to birth a new heir using her own Carian students and subjects, General Radahn turning from a legendary warrior to a struggling, battle scarred survivor who has become a monster, with homicidal tendencies and reverted to cannibalism, Rykard transforming into a giant snake to try and “devour the very gods”, King Morgott feeling he’s the one to blame for all of it and will kill anyone who tries to become a part of it, Mohg using Miquella carcass to try and start a dynasty, Melania fighting like she has nothing left after the scourge of scarlet rot she had released, Maleketh defending Destined Death because he became paranoid when all he need do is give it up so you could put an end to the tragedy, Godfrey giving one final fight for the new Elden Lord (you) and sacrificing his poor Sarrosh to release his true strength as Hourah Loux, of course we already know what happened to the lords Messmer and Midra by now, Miquella, well he’s just as bad as his father so I don’t know what to feel bad about from him because I’m mad he used Radahn like a puppet and not a guardian (is he Radagon’s son or is he related some other way?). But most of all I feel bad for Queen Marika she tried to stop her husband which she did suppress him but she ended up fragmented and eternally crucified by a piece of the Elden Ring itself with the Erdtree being her prison, or her tomb. And Radagon revived and he became his own wife’s warden along with the Mighty Elden Beast which no doubt he altered somehow to become a guard dog for the Elden Ring inside Marika so eventually he’ll have the power all to himself. That tyrant, THAT HEARTLESS USURPER! I was right by helping Princess Ranni and choosing her ending rather than the various Elden Lord endings that are the same just a different landscape, and that disturbing Frenzied Flame ending
