Ice cream with fresh (not jam) raspberries is super-delicious. The fresh berries create a taste that is very different from industrial ice cream, which is based on cooked jam. I prefer to remove the seeds.

Yeh. Out of no where. Back in my day, around 1965, me and my family were on the beach. We were all chillin until. BOOOOOOOOM. Out of nowhere. 43 Tornados, 79 category 5 hurricanes, 5 quadrillion thunderstorms, 500 billion gallons of rain falling, a 6.9 magnitude earthquake, volcanoes erupting all around us, and much more. I told my family to run and I would stay back and protect them. Then all of the sudden, WHAAAAAAM, a big metal pole hit me right in the arm. And sure enough, it broke it. Then a couple seconds later, BAAAAAANG, a tree crashed down on top of me. It broke my other arm, both of my legs, and my back. But I knew I couldn't give up. I saw one of my family members struggling to get to safety. I picked my self up with my broken arms, legs and back. I made it over to my family member , which turned out to be my 700 lb brother. I picked him up and pit him on my shoulders. Remember, I have broken arms, broken legs, and a broken back. I started to carry my brother towards safety when I heard, BLAAAAT. My brother had ripped a big one and made getting him to safety a whole lot harder. After avoiding the 43 tornados, 79 category 5 hurricanes, 5 quadrillion thunderstorms, 500 billion gallons of rain falling, a 6.9 magnitude earthquake, volcanoes erupting all around us, and the worst one, the smell of my brothers fart, we made it to safety. Somehow, I don't really know how, actually, I do know how, because of me, there were no casualties. That was probably one of the wildest days in my whole darn life. Thank you for your time.

I just watched your video on cleaning. I have the same mill although mine is still under warranty. I have flour going everywhere, at least 1/2 cup or more each time I mill. I have filed a warranty claim although Nutrimill is claiming its my fault for various reasons. However in the video I sent you can clearly see the lid on the bowl rises up off the bowl when you turn on the mill, so naturally flour will go everywhere. Now they are claiming I need to clean the mill with white rice. RIGHT. I can see flour in all the vent openings in the mill motor part. Each time I turn that piece more flour comes out. Today I got another 1/2 C of flour on the counter just turning the motor assembly over and over Any ideas on how to stop so much loss of flour and such a mess? For the price I paid it doesn't seem to be very efficient.
@Tracy-HartАй бұрын
Is there a seal under the lid. You should see a seal / plastic on the edge of the lid. I think this one is a gray color.
@caroleparker1599Ай бұрын
@@Tracy-Hart Yes there is a seal. I have only used this mill 4 times. I have followed all the instructions from the manufacture, many emails going back and forth. I finally returned the motor assembly today under a warranty claim. All these people you like the warranty, read the whole thing. Not what you thought I will bet. After I pay shipping both ways and a possible cleaning fee of $50, I could have gotten a whole new mill.

In cooler weather, or when I feel the Ank metal bowl is cool/cold to the touch, I will partially fill it with hot water and swish it around and dump it, then I will add the warm water to start making bread. This keeps the warm water closer to the temp it needs to be to help activate the yeast vs the water cooling down too quickly due to a cool/cold bowl. Love your video and will give that recipe a try - is it OK to use store bought flour using the same measurements??
@Tracy-HartАй бұрын
Thank you for the bowl warming tip. That is a good idea. As far store flour, you will most likely need less flour. I'm not sure how much less. For that big of a recipe, I may reduce by 2-3 cups and then add back as needed.
