This works instantly sometimes (i'm guessing when the disc slides back in place) but it always eventually ends up coming out again and causing pain. Does that mean I'll need surgery

I am suffering from osteopenia at the age of 32 ....can i do sitting job of 9 hours with this disease?
@mariannatodd7010Ай бұрын
Maybe get a high desk you can stand at and a desk treadmill. Or schedule plenty of walking breaks during those 9 hours. Maybe even get a doctor's note. It's not easy but it is possible to add movement to your workday. All the best to you.

I slouch way down in my office chair and rest my forearms on the edge or close to the edge of the desk. I've been having burning and soreness right on the nerve, but only on the hand that uses the mouse. Probably because it's doing the most work. I'm going to try stopping doing this for a while to see if it finally heals. I had no idea this could cause it. Thought for sure it was weight lifting, etc. Thanks!

Are you not too far away from the chair placing unnecessary stress on your shoulder joints? I like the chair with arms as although I don't know how it is easier, but at least it gets your hands facing outwards which, I understand is the better way to perform this exercise.

i didn't sleep flat on my stomach, but i did lie on my stomach for a few hours when i was doing my university assignments. did that for like maybe 4 days and now my back hurts. i can't get up straight from the stomach down position. i have to get up by rolling to my side and it still hurts. hopefully it's nothing permanent and i'll recover in days. i do jiujitsu 3 times a week, so having back issues is gonna be a huge problem.
