I am locked out of the App … no customer service … i tried resetting password via email but the App still responded with incorrect credentials … the alarm will not turn off .. very frustrating ,,, removed from bike .. and looking for alternative … the bottom line … you pay for what you get … cheap solution!

Hi, GREAT review - Can you answer for me; If it relies on Bluetooth, the range is limited so Ian't there a risk that theft wont be transmitted to your iPhone?

Thanks, it works the same as AirTag just battery keep longer around 2-3 months, and you can track from another country your bike, but the alarm to your phone doesn't come if the distance is too long like 100 or more meters of course depend of location I think, but tracking works always, still don't have issues

Explain why?! I’ve been using more than half a year and I’m totally happy with it. In this time slot I have changed only 2 times (everyday use)

@@tomazonnis because it needs to be connected to bluetooth, so if you further away than 20-30 feet its not working. So basically if it gets stolen its useless

I ordered one a week ago too at the time of post. Still not here and the look in medium to me looks like a 90 hardtail mated with new modern hartail . If i ever actually receive it , it may go back and get my original choice Santa Cruz Chameleon

Just ordered one about a week ago, haven’t even got it yet and I’m already bummed out about how I’ve completely lost that slack geometry look as the small and medium sized dentists have. I finally get a bike I like and in my size, and the bike looks totally different in xl, his this the same with any bike in an xl size? I don’t understand how Vitus could not say anything… I mean the xl frame looks like a 90s style bike now!?

I know this is a 3 month old comment but most bikes don't do this. Vitus have a big problem with it - especially on their hardtails like the rapide. Other brands like Canyon and Trek manage to maintain the same aesthetic across all sizes. It's a shame because it means that the photos on the product page are misleading. I remember it being one of the things that stopped me buying a Nucleus years ago

1st comment & like! Excellent choice in bike. Sitting right in the sweet spot of MTB without overkill, deadweight rear sus and heavy components. Please make a review, maybe some clips tackling features?

Hi, we ride without rushing and are done in four and a half days - 110 hours Ride with Brompton amazing and comfortable how can be on any bike without suspension 🙌

Sorry but a Brompton has suspension! The rubber behind the seat post functions for both wheels with the rider as Center. I have changed to a Super-hard version from Taiwanese J.K. Finn Denmark
